Everything was perfect! Except the food, for the money that we paid! The choice was very poor. The pizza as an afternoon snack was delicious.
The people who work there were very friendly and nice. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. The beach is very near.
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel is clean, the service is good. Food was tasty most of the time. Only a couple of minutes away from the beach.
Location: away from the city center but the place is very cozy and quiet. Not to mention that one of the best beaches in the Black Sea is in the backyard of the hotel.
Staff: Friendly and responsive. If you need anything they will support you with lightning speed. I hope the management will succeed to keep this staff together for the next season.
Rooms: The size of rooms is bigger than the accepted standards for hotel rooms. You have a balcony from where you have a beautiful view of the wonderful gardens.
The food and the all-inclusive service: It was varied food. The drinks are standards for the all-inclusive - beer and some domestic spirits.
Price: It is in the average range. At all it was quite profitable for all-inclusive service.
It could be a little cleaner - especially the carpet and the linens and pillows.
Highly recommended and next season we will visit you again.
A place with awesome location, clean rooms and pritty neat garden. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff tho needs to learn a few things and tricks to make your stay even better. Most of them (food and beverage staff) where young and not very experienced. The hotel is 20 seconds away from the beach and the breakfast was always the same.

All inclusive is limited by time slots. Lunch was disappointing, only salads were good. Breakfast and dinner was OK. Nice outdoor atmosphere. Very good kid entertainment at the evening organised by the animators. Staff were friendly and working well too keep the tables clean during meal times.
Beach area is good and very close.
Some guest leave towels on sunbeds to reserve them and in the morning when we get to the beach most of the umbrellas were "reserved" even though the beach was empty. Manegment should not allow this.
